Eric had "Crash" paint one of his unfinished Stratocaster bodies in 2000 and "CRASH 1" (also known as the "Over the Rainbow" Stratocaster) was born. The third Stratocaster in the series, "CRASH 3", was unveiled at a benefit concert, held in the Royal Albert Hall, a guitar that was designed specifically to raise money for the Eric Clapton & Friends For Crossroads Antigua Auction held on June 24th 2004.
