John lennon guitar

for me it is a wonder, this is a historic guitar owned by John Lennon, wow was incredible, the art that she carries another article that I've ever posted, the guitar art, guitars this one is extraordinary, the following quote that I found in http://www.momentsintime.com/Lennon% 20Guitar.htm
Moments In Time is proud to announce the sale of John Lennon's "lost" guitar. Beyond it being an instrument on which he played and composed, it's also an extraordinary work of art hand created by Lennon. The guitar is carved by Lennon with several symbols among which includes an apple (Apple Records), the letter B (Beatles), a self portrait, a heart pierced by an arrow, and the most fascinating carving of all, a circle (CIRCLE OF REINCARNATION) containing many mysterious and mystical symbols as well as the numbers 9 and two 3's representing the birthdays of John, Yoko and Sean. The history of the guitar is equally fascinating. Lennon gave the instrument to a friend in the 1970s and when the friend got divorced, he gave many personal possessions to his in-laws. The father in-law died and the mother in-law sold the entire estate. Everything else was thrown out in a dumpster at Apple Blossom Farm, the estate of a wealthy family in Westchester NY. A maintenance man from a neighboring estate was told of the disposal, and knew that the family owned Lennon's guitar. He then looked in the dumpster, saw the guitar and retrieved it, saving it from sure destruction. He has had it in his possession since 1981. In a television interview in December 1986, Yoko described the guitar to a tee and said she had lost it. She also said that "it has all kinds of designs and meanings that didn't mean anything to anyone but her and John. It's a beat up, 6 string acoustic guitar with a circle carved into the bottom containing some peculiar scrawling". Interestingly enough, when the then owner personally attempted to contact Yoko with a letter which included detailed photos of the guitar, Yoko didn't respond.

This truly historic musical instrument, uniquely personalized by John Lennon is being offered
